Guest Policy 

Welcome to HolidayFuture! We’re committed to offering guests a smooth, enjoyable, and secure stay at all of our managed properties. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Check-In

Minimum Age: Guests must be 18 years or older to book.

ID Verification: Valid government-issued ID must be provided upon booking or check-in.

Check-In / Check-Out:

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

2. House Rules

To ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all our guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

No smoking inside the property.

No pets allowed unless otherwise stated in the listing.

No parties or events permitted.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

3. Damages & Security

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

A security deposit may be required depending on the property and length of stay.

Any missing items, excessive cleaning needs, or damage will be deducted from the security deposit or charged directly.

4. Cleaning & Linen

Professional cleaning and fresh linen (bed sheets, towels, beach towels) are provided before check-in.

Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

5. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a booking with no refund if guests are found to be in serious breach of the house rules or if behavior poses risk to others, the property, or its contents.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to the specific cancellation policy listed on the booking platform (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com).

Refunds will only be issued as per the stated policy and in cases of verified extenuating circumstances.

7. Health & Safety

All properties are regularly inspected and equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.

Emergency contact information is provided in each unit for local services.

8. Use of Property

The property is to be used solely for residential purposes.

Subletting, commercial use, or unauthorized photography/filming is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Guest Vetting

For your security and the safety of the community, HolidayFuture may conduct background checks or identity verification where deemed necessary.

10. Personal Belongings

HolidayFuture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your stay. Please ensure valuables are kept securely.
